AfterPierce and Capelli Remi are connected brands operated by After Pierce Labs Ltd. AfterPierce is our online retail and wholesale platform for piercing jewellery, piercing aftercare and related products. Capelli Remi is our physical retail and professional piercing store brand.
These Terms apply to your use of the AfterPierce website and purchases made through it. Separate terms and policies may apply to services and purchases made in person at Capelli Remi stores.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, availability and prices are accurate.

7. PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order through AfterPierce, you will receive an order confirmation.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
If we are unable to supply an item you have ordered, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any amount already paid for that item.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:
An obvious pricing or listing error
Product unavailability
Suspected fraud
Misuse of our website
Incorrect payment or delivery information
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any appropriate refund will be made using the original payment method.
8. DELIVERY
We currently ship online orders within the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery typically arrives within approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch.
These delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You will normally receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched, together with tracking information where available.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you realise that you have provided incorrect delivery information, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
9. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Consumers purchasing online may have a legal right to cancel certain purchases within the applicable cancellation period.
Some products may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.
This can include sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Where piercing jewellery or another hygiene-sensitive product is supplied with a hygiene seal, opening or breaking that seal may therefore affect your ability to return the product simply because you have changed your mind.
Opened or used aftercare products may also be excluded from change-of-mind returns where an applicable legal exemption applies.

This section does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
10. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where goods do not meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, we will provide the appropriate remedy.
Any request on our website asking customers to report delivery problems within a particular timeframe does not remove or restrict statutory consumer rights.
11. PIERCING JEWELLERY
Body jewellery must be selected carefully.
The appropriate size and style can depend on your anatomy, piercing placement and stage of healing.
It is your responsibility to check that the jewellery you purchase is appropriate for your piercing, including its gauge, length, diameter and threading.
For fresh or healing piercings, we recommend seeking advice from a professional piercer before changing jewellery.
Some piercings may also require professional downsizing during healing.
Product descriptions provide general information and are not a substitute for an individual assessment by a professional piercer.
12. PIERCING & TATTOO AFTERCARE PRODUCTS
AfterPierce products must be used according to the instructions supplied with the individual product.
Our cosmetic and aftercare products are not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat medical conditions unless specifically authorised and stated otherwise.
Individual experiences and healing times vary.
If you experience symptoms that concern you — including significant or worsening pain, swelling, heat, spreading redness, unusual discharge or signs of a possible infection or allergic reaction — seek appropriate professional healthcare advice.
13. CAPELLI REMI STORES & PIERCING SERVICES
AfterPierce may provide information about Capelli Remi stores, including locations, opening times, piercing services and other in-store services.
Store information is provided for convenience and may occasionally change.
Professional piercing services carried out at Capelli Remi stores are separate from purchases made through the AfterPierce online store and may be governed by separate consent forms, aftercare instructions and Capelli Remi In-Store Terms & Conditions.
Where advice relating specifically to an existing piercing is required, an in-person assessment by a professional piercer may be more appropriate than general information provided online.
14. WHOLESALE & TRADE CUSTOMERS
AfterPierce provides wholesale products and pricing to eligible trade customers, including piercing studios, tattoo studios, retailers and other approved businesses.
Instructions for accessing wholesale pricing and placing wholesale orders are provided on our Wholesale page.
Wholesale pricing, availability, minimum quantities and other conditions may differ from our standard retail offering.
By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that you are purchasing wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession.
Consumer cancellation rights and other consumer protections do not necessarily apply to genuine business-to-business purchases.
We reserve the right to verify trade status or refuse access to wholesale pricing where reasonably necessary.

For piercing-specific issues, a professional piercer may also be able to assess jewellery size, placement, pressure and other potential causes of irritation.
16. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights relating to goods.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Where products are purchased wholly or mainly for business purposes, different limitations of liability may apply where permitted by law and under any applicable wholesale terms.
