We currently ship within the UK only.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, piercing jewellery and opened or used aftercare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email contact@afterpierce.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Once reviewed, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
