• Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses.

Returns Policy

• Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used aftercare products.

• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@afterpierce.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

• If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

• Items returned to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
